STARTERS

  • Garlic Bread (v)                                                                                                                               Freshly baked ciabatta bread topped with homemade garlic butter – Served with half roasted garlic, pot of marinated olives and a pot of balsamic syrup in olive oil. 
  • Balls of Fire (v)
    A trio of cheeses, diced onions and hot chillies, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried.

 

  • Calamari
    Served with tartar sauce, lemon wedge and a fresh salad garnish.

 

  • Nachos with Soured Cream and Guacamole
    Choose from:
  • Plain and simple (v) with melted cheese
  • Border Town (v) – melted cheese and jalapeño peppers
  • MexicanMince or Vegetable (v) chilli with melted cheese.

 

  • Chicken Wings
    Marinated in our own spicy sauce, char grilled and served with soured cream and fresh salad garnish

 

  • Jalapeno Hot Shots (v)
    A trio of jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, deep fried & served with a salsa dip

 

  • Potato skins                                                                                                                                           Filled with your choice of: Mince Beef or Vegetable Chilli And topped with melted cheese and served with a salsa dip.

 

 

MAINS

  • Chicken Jacks Wrap
    Pan fried chicken with garlic, red onion and chilli marmalade, served with rice and salad garnish.

 

  • Fajitas
    A sizzling hot skillet with your choice of filling plus peppers onions. Served with warm tortillas and a selection of Mexican garnished.  Choose either: Chicken, Rump Steak or Mixed Vegetable.

 

  • Enchiladas
    2 x 6” floured tortilla’s filled with crisp onions, juicy bell peppers, cream and melted cheese, served with coconut rice and salad garnish.
    Choose from: Marinated chicken or 3 cheeses & vegetable (v)

 

  • Tlayudas (che-yoo-das) 
    2 x 6” tortillas sandwiching either Mince Beef chilli or Vegetable Chilli (v) with cheese, jalapeno peppers, coriander and sour cream and oven roasted until crispy and golden brown. With a red onion salad.

 

  • Cactus Jacks Chilli
    Your choice of Mince Beef chilli or Vegetable Chilli (v) and rice served in a tortilla bowl with soured cream and served with garlic baguette.

 

  • Mexican Ensalada
    Buffalo Mozzarella, chorizo and oven roasted sweet bell peppers, tossed in mixed leaves with an orange and pine kernel dressing.

 

 

DESSERTS

  • Hot Chocolate Sponge Pudding (v)
    A moist chocolate sponge pudding topped with a rich chocolate sauce …….Simply divine!

 

  • Mexican Churros (v)
    Homemade Mexican doughnuts, rolled in cinnamon and sugar, served with a chocolate dipping sauce

 

  • Ice Cream (v)
    2 Scoops of either Vanilla, Chocolate, or Strawberry, served with a caramel or chocolate sauce
